4. Shipping & Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and typically ship within 1–2 business days. 

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance when available.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
• A restocking fee may apply

Opened or used hair products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Wholesale & Stylist-Only Terms

14. Professional Use & Eligibility

Certain products and pricing offered by Scottie + Ashton Hair Co. are intended exclusively for licensed cosmetologists, hairstylists, and beauty professionals (“Professional Accounts”).

By applying for or purchasing through a Professional Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a licensed professional or actively working in the beauty industry
• All information provided during application is accurate and current
• You will use products in a professional setting or for client services

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke Professional Account access at our sole discretion.

15. Account Responsibility

Professional Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Share login access with unauthorized users
• Allow non-professionals to purchase through your account
• Misrepresent your professional status

Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

16. Wholesale Pricing & Resale Policy

Wholesale or stylist pricing is provided exclusively for professional use and client services.

By purchasing at wholesale pricing, you agree that:

• Products may not be resold through third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, etc.) without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Professional Accounts at any time if:

• Misuse of wholesale privileges occurs

Termination may result in the loss of access to wholesale pricing and future purchasing restrictions.
