Returns & Exchanges
At Scottie and Ashton Hair Co. our mission is to provide the best quality hair and service possible. We stand 100% behind our hair. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your hair, email us at contact@shairco.com
We are happy to accept return/exchanges on any unopened and unused wefts. Wefts must be rolled with ties still intact. If you have any issues with the hair once it has been installed please contact us.
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase. We are happy to exchange the wefts for hair of the same value. Returns are given with a 10% restocking fee. Items that have been used or opened are not eligible.
Color Matching:
Due to the different colors and textures of human hair donors and the process of manufacturing, a slight color variation may occur. If you are dissatisfied with the color of hair extensions you receive, please follow our Returns and Exchange policy above.
Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders typically will ship 1-2 business days from the day the order was placed. As always, basic shipping is free.
S+A IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES, NOR FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. This includes holidays. We highly recommend opting in for the shipping insurance provided through Route to help protect against lost or stolen packages.
