WHY should you consider keeping a back stock of hair?
- Immediate availability - if a client decides they want extensions they can have them that day!
- Flexibility - if a color doesn’t turn out exactly how you thought it would you can swap out colors.
- Seasonal trends + changes - swap out a few wefts when your client wants to go a little lighter or darker when the seasons change.
- Looking professional to clients - show your guests that you’re prepared by having extra hair on hand!
HOW to start building a back stock
- Keep track of clients’ colors - create a list of your most-used colors.
- Build gradually - order one extra weft with each order you place. Use the money that you make from up-charging so you don’t have to pay anything out of pocket.
